The Head Cook oversees all kitchen operations during the summer camp season, ensuring meals are prepared safely, served on time, and enjoyed by campers and staff. This leadership role includes menu planning, supervising kitchen staff and volunteers, maintaining food safety standards, and keeping the kitchen organized.

Assistant Cook

The Assistant Cook supports the Head Cook in preparing, serving, and cleaning up after meals for campers and staff. This role includes helping with food prep, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth flow in the kitchen. Ideal for someone dependable, team-oriented, and eager to serve in a Christian camp environment.

Salad master

The Salad Master manages the salad bar, cereal bar, and canteen, keeping food areas stocked, clean, and organized. This role assists with meal setup, snack service, and food prep under the direction of the Head Cook. A great position for someone who enjoys working with others and serving behind the scenes to create a welcoming dining experience.

Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager helps maintain camp facilities, assists with lifeguarding duties, and supports the Camp Director in ensuring operations run smoothly. Responsibilities include basic maintenance, setup between camps, and oversight of evening campfire activities. Perfect for a hands-on, servant-hearted individual who enjoys variety and teamwork.
