check-in process

receive check-in form / park your vehicle / go through registration line / go to dorms / set up your bunk / hang out time: explore camp / go to dining hall for supper when it is announced

You will be greeted by a camp staff member as you drive onto the campgrounds. They will hand you a “check-in” form and direct you to where you can park your car, and then begin the step of getting your student checked in for the week. Check-in is extremely important because we want to know exactly who is with us for the duration of our camp and how to get in contact with their parent or guardian in the unlikely event an emergency were to take place.

Follow the signs to the registration tables and make sure that all of the required forms have been completed, registration fees have been paid, and any medications are given to the camp nurse. Once you have completed registration and your student is checked in, you can accompany them to the dorms.

Help your camper find an available bunk and get settled in. At this point the camper is free to hang out with the other campers and adult staff who will be hosting games and activities around the campgrounds. At this point you are free to head back to your vehicle and and head home. If anything comes up during the week and you need to get in contact with your student, you will be able to do so by calling the camp and getting in contact with the dean.
