2026 Church Leadership retreat

Gather the leaders of your congregation and join us for the first-ever Nebowa Church Leadership Retreat—a weekend designed especially for pastors and ministry teams.

Together we’ll explore the “what ifs” of church leadership—what if we led with greater purpose, prayer, and unity? What if our churches were more intentional in how we disciple, reach the lost, and support one another in ministry?

Our theme for the weekend is “IF: Intentional and Focused,” drawn from 1 Corinthians 3:9 — “For we are God’s fellow workers…”
Through teaching, conversation, and reflection, we’ll encourage one another to build stronger, healthier churches by prioritizing the essentials: Prayer, Evangelism, and Discipleship.
