Registration Policies
All registrations should be for the grade that students are entering into in the following fall.
The deadline for the Early Bird Price is May 31st for all camps.
The online registration for each camp will close 48 hours prior to the start of camp
Campers will be welcome to ‘walk in’ on the day of the camp begins, but there will be an additional a $35 late fee.
Tips for Registering
Select from any of the camps or retreats below to register your camper based on the grade they will be entering next year.
Enter the phone number associated with your Planning Center Online Account, or create an account.
Complete the registration questions and payment.
All payments are processed with your credit/debit card using secure payment options, provided by Stripe.
There are multiple prices listed for each camp. The first is the price for Early Bird registrations prior to May 31st, the second applies to registrations after May 31st, and the third is applied to walk-in registrations.
Each camp has a maximum capacity of 45 male and 60 female campers, if the camp is at capacity, you will be able to join a waitlist and will be notified if a spot opens for your camper.
Please be sure to watch for any email notifications and reminders to make sure you have all the relevant information for your camp and all forms are completed.
